Built on Real Experience
Northern Dispensary was founded by Minnesota native Cody Jerzak.
Earlier in life, Cody was convicted and incarcerated for cannabis-related offenses. After serving his time, rebuilding his life came with challenges that many people with past convictions face, including finding work and housing.
One person chose to give him a chance. That opportunity led to a career in software sales leadership and eventually the chance to start Northern Dispensary.
Today, Cody operates the dispensary in the same building where he once worked. It is a full-circle moment that reflects the values behind the business. Accountability, growth, and second chances.
